Client:

Green Pharm Cosmetic is a Ukrainian manufacturer of natural and organic cosmetics. The product range includes balms, serums, and a professional skincare line for face and body with natural extracts. The brand positions itself in the gentle daily care segment and is built on formulas without aggressive ingredients. The products are available in pharmacies, beauty salons, and SPA salons across Ukraine.

Challenge:

Before the online store launch, Green Pharm Cosmetic relied on direct sales through offline points and manual order processing from social media, which limited scalability. The client approached us to develop a turnkey online store of natural cosmetics. The new platform had to consolidate the full product range in a single catalog, automate direct online sales without increasing the workload on the sales department, attract organic search traffic, and become the central communication point with the end customer.

Solution:

We built the technical part of the 911 Balsam online store based on design mockups provided by the client: from responsive front-end to third-party integrations. After launch, the online store automated the full cycle of direct sales: from cart checkout to CRM synchronization. The blog with expert content generates a separate flow of organic traffic for thematic queries about daily skincare. The updated website delivered the brand a 4-fold increase in online sales.
